Advanced Coating Systems
The interiors of Weldstore Standpipes are coated with a two component, amine adduct cured, self primin immersion epoxy system. This coating mets the AWWA-D102 coating standard and is NSF Standard 61 listed for the storage of potable water. The exteriors are coated with a polyamide epoxy primer and acrylic urethane topcoat. Factory baking assures full development of the coating properties, producing a superior immersion system that extends the life of the standpipe.
